The Best Snowboard Helmets With Bluetooth And Audio:

One of my most beloved purchases was finding the best snowboard helmet with bluetooth speakers due to my love for listening to music while gliding down slopes.

Being able to play music inside of my helmet has been a complete game changer for my wife and I.

I have done countless hours of research when it comes to each piece of snowboard and ski equipment that we use.

Below you’ll find a more curated list of the best snowboard helmets with bluetooth speakers and audio. Enjoy!

1. POC Obex Spin Communication

This is definitely one of the top bluetooth snowboard helmets on the market and for great reason!

Pros:

We love that you can order the helmet in three different sizes depending on your head size!

There are several different areas on the helmet that are meant for ventilation, this is so nice for those of us that get hot heads with a helmet on for several hours while on the slopes.

The OBEX Communication Headset is top of the line. This headset is integrated and has a mic for easy communication purposes.

This allows for you to talk on your phone through your helmet easily in case you need to get in touch with a buddy or family member while out on the mountain.

One of our all time favorite features of this helmet is the various padding used to keep you safe in case you fall or wreck on the slopes.

Helmets are one of the most important parts of snowboard and ski equipment and we love that they truly designed this helmet to keep you healthy and safe while boarding or skiing!

Lastly, we love that this snowboard helmet with speakers is lightweight!

This is nice so that your head does not feel heavy on the slopes and it’s nice when it comes to packing your snowboard bag.

Cons:

Your ears may get chilly from time to time due to the ear pieces.

However, we recommend wearing a buff underneath that covers your head and ears so that you stay extra warm and should not have to worry about this problem!

Be sure to check out Abby’s favorite buff here and my favorite buff here!

2. Sena Latitude

This helmet has a 4-way intercom system integrated in it which allows you to talk to people through your helmet while on the slopes.

Pros:

One of the most unique features about this bluetooth ski helmet (or bluetooth snowboard helmet) is the 4-way intercom that allows you to talk to up to three people at a time.

This is a super cool and unique feature for when you are trying to meet up with friends or family members on the mountain.

Another feature that we love is that there is an app that you can use for this helmet.

This is super nice so that you can have presets and other features readily accessible on your smartphone.

Furthermore, the button and controls on the helmet are easy to use with mittens and gloves on.

This is a very nice feature so that you don’t have to keep taking your gloves on and off in the freezing temperatures or while snow is coming down.

Cons:

The firs big con for this helmet is that the audio quality is not the best and the communication distance is fairly small.

Another con for this helmet is that it is fairly heavy and feels big on your head therefore, not making this the most comfortable helmet to ski and snowboard in.

3. Turboske Ski Helmet

The Turboske Ski Helmet is one of the highest rated helmets on the market that is audio compatible.

Pros:

The price is phenomenal on this helmet and the company states that they provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

This is incredible for those that would like to try a helmet out but are a little nervous about online shopping or just committing to paying for another snowboard helmet!

We love that this helmet comes in three different sizes and multiple colors.

These are two great features so that you can “customize” the helmet to suit your needs.

This helmet is also known for being super lightweight which is nice for both skiers and snowboarders alike so that your head feels comfortable and not heavy while out on the slopes.

Another feature that stood out to us was the removable lining and the ventilation throughout this helmet.

This is especially nice for those that get hot and sweaty while snowboarding!

Cons:

This helmet does NOT come with its own bluetooth or audio system. Instead, it is compatible with speakers.

Therefore, they expect you to buy your own bluetooth or audio system that fits inside of this helmet.

This isn’t necessarily a major con but just annoying that you would have to purchase a helmet and then an audio system separately.

Another con that we have heard from many people is that this helmet looks and feels cheap when wearing it.

4. LIVALL Ski Helmet

The LIVALL ski helmet is one of the smartest snowboard helmets with bluetooth on the market due to its various unique features.

Pros:

The LIVALL snowboard helmet has an app that you can use to tell you your speed, altitude, mileage and more!

This is another nice feature and reminds us of the Epic and Ikon Pass apps!

This helmet has an SOS feature that uses GPS tools to send out SOS messages to your emergency contacts.

It’s bluetooth speaker has quality audio and has easy buttons to use when answering calls!

Cons:

We have heard from several people that some of this helmets’ smart capabilities won’t work from time to time.

Another con for this snowboard helmet is that there are not as many options when it comes to size and color.

5. Wildhorn Drift Snowboard and Ski Helmet

This snowboard helmet has some of the highest ratings out there for ski and snowboard helmets!

Pros:

There are multiple sizes and color options to choose from! We love these options so you can pick which one suits you!

This helmet is super comfortable for skiers and snowboarders and has ultra comfortable padding and insulation.

We love that this helmet also has the option to take some of this padding off on warmer days.

This helmet is known for being lightweight which is always a bonus for us!

Nobody wants their head to be aching after a long day on the slopes due to their helmet feeling heavy.

Cons:

We have heard that depending on your head shape, it may or may not be comfortable.

We recommend following their sizing charts and guide to ensure you have the best fit possible!

6. Demon United Phantom Helmet with Audio and Snow Supra Goggle

Another one of the best snowboard helmets with bluetooth is the Demon United Phantom Helmet because of its convenience.

Pros:

We love that they offer a helmet, audio, and goggle combination!

This is so nice for people that would like to purchase all three items together.

This makes purchasing easier and allows you to purchase all the items in one so that you don’t have to go out and buy each item separately and requires more research.

Cons:

This helmet is NOT bluetooth compatible.

7. K2 Phase Pro

Abby is a little biased because she LOVES K2 products. All of her skis have been K2 and she raves about their different products, the quality of them, and their unique features.

Below you’ll find our pros and cons to the K2 Phase Pro smart ski helmet.

Pros:

This product is made by one of the biggest ski brand’s, K2, and the quality and comfort is great.

Cons:

This helmet is NOT bluetooth and requires you to plug into your cell phone.

This is definitely a huge con for snowboard helmets because you have to find a pocket that easily connects the cord between your phone and the helmet.

🎁 Bonus #1: Helmet Capable Speakers

If you already have a helmet that you genuinely love and do not want to get rid of.

We cannot recommend these bluetooth helmet speakers enough for skiers and snowboarders alike.

My brother and I did countless hours of research on speakers for our helmets and read phenomenal reviews of these.

I finally committed to trying these out myself on my old helmet and could not have been more thrilled and impressed.

The audio is absolutely incredible and I love the different features.

🎁 Bonus #2: Aleck 006 Wireless Audio And Walkie-Talkie Headphones

Sam and I were given the Aleck 006 headphones as a PR product but as always, all opinions and thoughts are 100% our own.

For those looking for a unique bluetooth helmet speaker option, the Aleck 006 are a great choice and have a wide range of features compared to other products on the market.

Pros:

We loved the quality of sound that came out of these wireless headphones!

They are great speakers for listening to music and when talking on the phone.

Another feature that we really enjoy about these headphones is that the headphone features are easy to use while wearing gloves which is essential when snowboarding or skiing.

Cons:

This product has “walkie-talkie” features that are designed to help you talk with your family/friends while on the slopes.

However, this feature does not work if you are on the mountain and do not have cell service or your phone is on airplane mode.

We found that the “walkie-talkie” feature is more of a “hands-free” cell phone because it requires your phone to have cell reception and it requires you to have the Aleck app open on your phone.

Another con to this product is that the app could be designed for better and easier usage, especially when out on the slopes.

Best Snowboard Helmet With Bluetooth Elements To Consider:

Below I have highlighted a few of the top considerations to think about before purchasing a snowboard helmet with bluetooth speakers.

Quality of Audio

This selection of helmets is obviously geared towards snowboard helmets with bluetooth speakers and audio so picking which one has quality audio is definitely a top characteristic to consider!

Nobody wants to listen to muffled music the whole time out on the mountain.

Style

Style is another key factor when choosing the best snowboard helmet with bluetooth. If you are like me and my wife, we like to choose gear that looks solid and won’t go out of style in the next few years.

We recommend that you think of your color scheme between your board, jacket, pants, and so on… you want to make sure that your helmet fits this theme and style!

Comfort

Comfort is HUGE when it comes to deciding on the best snowboard helmet with bluetooth.

You not only want the helmet to feel comfortable on your head (not too heavy and not too tight) but you also want to make sure that the ear pieces feel good on you!

Size

This is another big deciding factor on choosing the best snowboard helmet with bluetooth because sizing can range from brand to brand.

Size also goes with comfort… you want to make sure that the size fits perfectly on your head and is not too tight or heavy.

We highly recommend that you read in depth the sizing charts and guides provided by these brands so that you get the perfect size helmet for you!

Durability

Snowboard helmets should last several years… we have both owned ours for multiple years and do not plan on getting another one anytime soon just because we love them so much and because we did a significant amount of research on them.

One of the key factors that goes into picking out the best snowboard helmet with bluetooth is making sure that it is durable.

You want your helmet to last several years but you also want to make sure that it is durable in case you fall once or twice (or several times).

You need to make sure that you buy a quality and durable helmet that is sure to stay good for several years but will also keep you safe every time that you do fall!

Unique Features

Snowboard helmets come with all types of unique features so make sure you look into them and which of these features makes the most sense for you!

For me, my head gets really hot after a few hours out on the slopes with my helmet on therefore, ventilation is HUGE for me! If you are like that, be sure to look for a helmet that has plenty of ventilation built in.

For Abby, she stays cold all the time on the slopes so the warmer her material, the better!

Her helmet has fur lined padding on the inside that keep her head and ears extra warm in the chilly temperatures.

These are just a few examples of unique features to look out for when picking the best snowboard helmet with bluetooth or audio!

We believe that the best snowboard helmet with bluetooth speakers is the POC Obex Spin Communication.

It is one of the most highly rated snowboard helmets on the market, the bluetooth and audio are great, and we love the various options.

However, if you already have a helmet and you are just looking for some bluetooth speakers we truly cannot recommend these helmet capable speakers enough. They are a great price and the sound is impeccable!
